RÖHRS develops highly stressed technical springs in almost every design, every batch size and for every application for its customers. In addition to HELICODISC®, multi-wire, flat-wire and round-wire springs as well as spring sets, our portfolio also includes special springs with outside diameters of less than 2 millimeters up to 275 millimeters.
The excellently qualified, experienced specialists in our technical office will advise you intensively. If you cannot find what you are looking for in the existing product catalog, we will work closely with you to develop and produce the optimal spring design for your individual needs and applications. Special manufacturing processes (e.g. rolling mill, thermal treatment of the materials, etc.) are also available to us.
Your tailor-made springs are manufactured on the most modern machines and by highly qualified employees on our own 11,000 sqm production area at the Sonthofen location. So we always have the entire process chain in view. Our strict quality control on the latest testing equipment ensures perfect results and thus maximum safety and satisfaction on the part of our customers.
